“I went to the Quest diagnostics in McKinney, TX as a walk in. They wait time was 4 hours. I left and went to the Quest diagnostics in Allen TX inside the Walmart. They had me in there less then 10 minutes. I give the Allen office a A+ the McKinney office a D-.”

“I’m 42 and have lived in multiple countries, and this was honestly the first time ever that I had absolutely no discomfort in my arm after blood work. Not even the slightest inconvenience!
The phlebotomist did a fantastic job and was incredibly skilled. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but for reference, I visited on August 17, 2026, with a 4:30 PM appointment, was called around 5:00 PM, and was in Room 2.
I just wanted to share my appreciation because this was genuinely the best blood-draw experience I’ve ever had. Great job!”
