Lovisa was a boutique with a wide selection of jewelry and accessories at great prices. The store was a little gem and a great place for any occasion. Customer was very helpful, sweet, friendly and went above beyond. The manager helped find perfect items. Ear piercing and first piercing service was very good with helpful help. Customer was glad to have found the store and will have business for life. The location at the Allen Premium outlet in Texas was great for a great purchase, informative help and an awesome experience.

i got my seconds pierced and it was so easy. my piercer was Lindsey (she had her ears stacked out) and she did not care that i wanted to look at everything 5 million times and made everything so comfortable!
