“I walked in there needing a semi-formal fit to officiate a wedding. To my luck, Stephani was there waiting for me! I did not know what to get, but as soon as I showed her one color she was off to the races. Within 45 minutes I was walking out with a full fit that I know will slay the wedding that I'd also feel comfortable with. As a big guy, that is hard to achieve.
I recommend getting the scan. It got my sizes perfect and helped speed up the process. It was my first time there and I will definitely be back. The customer service was the best part of my experience.”

“Could have just been me, or my expectations of the outlet. But they didn't seem to have many options at this location Specifically for children's shoes. It was quite difficult to find shoes in either of my daughter's shoe sizes. Now the customer service was amazing. Not going to lie about that. But I just feel as though the store can have a few more options for the customers. Or even honor the in-store price for a shoe that's online.”

I wanna tell you guys something. My daughter went into your store and typically, unfortunately ladies these days do not get the same respect men do or the same customer services men do. I have to say that this store and I’m specifically speaking of a gentleman by the name of JT. Totally professional, but also on a personal level!!
And JT, she said you weren’t stuffy As most sales people are ~~ just there to do a job and she said you were, Thank you very much!, that you were definitely not pushy!!!
I taught her to go where you are treated BEST. TO HER CREDIT CARD Surprise she actuallywalked out with More than one pair. JT ☺️ she’s supposed to go in for one pair. She walked out with several pair, but I’ve never seen her so happy in all my life. They fit her personality totally. She always looks for that shoe. That is the popular shoe yet different.
She loves Nikes Dunks!! In high school, A very popular Five star high school , she pretty much set the trend to what shoes for people to wear and if they’re not wearing Nikes, she’s a snob. (Even to me)
We were actually referred to go here which is almost a 50 minute to 1 hr drive, however; she likes to find that one shoe that everybody will stop and go ‘those are clean’ sneakers. Where did you find them.

They had so much to choose from she was literally in that store two hours not able to make up her mind. She stated that JT had all the patience in the world with her.
While she was deciding people would walk in and she would tell him go wait on them.
She said, and she was so surprised he always kept checking in on her.

“I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the shoes were here, with reasonable prices. My husband got two great looking pairs of shoes—he was very happy. One pair was full price, and one pair was deeply discounted (she said it was last season’s color). So remember to head to the back of the store to check out the clearance section. “I’m giving 4 stars entirely because of Mahira's (Guess thats the name) outstanding service. She was friendly, attractive, attentive, and checked in on me a couple of times to see if I needed help.
I was looking for sizes 10 and 10.5 but couldn’t find them on display. When I asked another staff member (an older lady in the next aisle), she simply said, “What you see is what we’ve got.” Later, Mahira passed by and offered assistance. I asked her the same question, and to my surprise, she went to the back and brought out both sizes.
Thanks to her, I found the perfect fit. I’ll happily return to this store — but only when Mahira is there. ?”

“I'm writing a review because I was at this store on 10/12/24 shopping with my little sisters. When this customer (the user below me by the name of Rubi) came in asking for an exchange ( I know this because she started to get loud and obnoxious about it ) The employee working there tried to explain to her but she wasn't listening. I work in the retail world as well, and I have never seen such a rude, obnoxious, loud, self righteous, and entitled person in my life. The way she was treating the Employee was simply not right, "while i wasn't the kindest" is simply an understatement. The way this person lied on their review is insanity. It can be amazing what you can accomplish when you simply listen to employees and or read the policies of the store. Me and my sister's had a bet about how people like this try their hardest to ruin other peoples days, and I went on reviews to see if she did anything and to our expectations we saw a review detailing the exact encounter. Whoever you are Mariah, thank you for helping me and my little sisters with finding the product we needed, and bless you for dealing with people like that.”

Anthropologie at Watters Creek is a pleasant place to shop if you enjoy the brand’s aesthetic. The store is visually appealing, well laid out, and easy to browse, with nicely styled displays and a calm atmosphere.
Service is generally polite but fairly hands-off. Associates are friendly when approached, though there isn’t a lot of proactive or personalized assistance. It works well if you prefer to shop independently, but it’s not a location that stands out for customer service.
Selection feels consistent with what you’d expect from Anthropologie—seasonal apparel, home décor, and accessories—with nothing particularly unique to this location. Checkout is smooth, and the store is easy to get in and out of within the Watters Creek area.
Overall, a solid, dependable Anthropologie location. Not remarkable, but a nice stop if you’re already shopping at Watters Creek.”
