They are very helpful and genuinely check back in with you to see if they can serve/assist you in some way. Love the 2 gals that helped my sister and I on 7/12/26. We shopped at this store about 6 months previous and had the same wonderful experience.β

βCould have just been me, or my expectations of the outlet. But they didn't seem to have many options at this location Specifically for children's shoes. It was quite difficult to find shoes in either of my daughter's shoe sizes. Now the customer service was amazing. Not going to lie about that. But I just feel as though the store can have a few more options for the customers. Or even honor the in-store price for a shoe that's online.β

βThey really look for almost brand new shoes but will look at what you bring and make a decision from there. Bout in a bunch of old shoes that me and my wife didn't wear and was able to get $100 for them. Some were not in good condition, but they took them off my hands and helped me clear up space in my closet.β
βI frequent SEVERAL Macy Backstages and the Allen location is quite possibly my FAVORITE one!
The staff are EXTREMELY friendly, ESPECIALLY the management along with the (female) cashiers.
Compared to other branches, this store is VERY well-organized and for the men's inventory, it's MUCH better here.
If I resided nearby, I'd visit weekly like before and it's nice to feel GREATLY APPRECIATED, as a regular.β

βGood place but slow service. It ia a self service place where you order and pick like in Chipotle. But lines were moving very slow. They should have multiple people slicing meat. They had only one person. Other than that it ia a good place and good food.β

βI love this outlet, underarmour is underrated to be honest, I bought running shoes 4 years ago, it's so comfy that I wear it everywhere, everyday and it still looks brand new, I buy shoes for my boys as well, and they are super affordable and light. Definitely recommendβ

The team was friendly and welcoming, and MJ went above and beyond on my visit by showing willingness to assist without being pushy. βI went to WHBM (Outlet Mall) in Allen, TX to look for something to wear for a wedding dinner weekend (12/14/25) in Georgetown, TX. I was extremely impressed with Karen's customer service - it was impeccable! I usually shop by myself, but that day I needed a little help and feedback. Karen was very kind and even giving me outfit ideas for the wedding dinner. I felt like I was shopping with a really good friend! Thank you Karen for making my shopping experience at WHBM so enjoyable!!β

βI was pleasantly surprised by how nice the shoes were here, with reasonable prices. My husband got two great looking pairs of shoesβhe was very happy. One pair was full price, and one pair was deeply discounted (she said it was last seasonβs color). So remember to head to the back of the store to check out the clearance section. Service was fine, staff was friendly. We will go back.β
βWe were in town visiting and loved how accesible these outlets were. We stopped into carters to do some shopping for our son. Loved how organized the store was and the 50% off items. I liked how everything was clearly labeled to what was on sale and the charts showing the discounts. Everyone was friendly and showed they care about their job. Will be back when in town as we were able to get our son set up with a ton of clothes for a while.β

βIβm giving 4 stars entirely because of Mahira's (Guess thats the name) outstanding service. She was friendly, attractive, attentive, and checked in on me a couple of times to see if I needed help.
I was looking for sizes 10 and 10.5 but couldnβt find them on display. When I asked another staff member (an older lady in the next aisle), she simply said, βWhat you see is what weβve got.β Later, Mahira passed by and offered assistance. I asked her the same question, and to my surprise, she went to the back and brought out both sizes.
Thanks to her, I found the perfect fit. Iβll happily return to this store β but only when Mahira is there. ?β
βI'm writing a review because I was at this store on 10/12/24 shopping with my little sisters. When this customer (the user below me by the name of Rubi) came in asking for an exchange ( I know this because she started to get loud and obnoxious about it ) The employee working there tried to explain to her but she wasn't listening. I work in the retail world as well, and I have never seen such a rude, obnoxious, loud, self righteous, and entitled person in my life. The way she was treating the Employee was simply not right, "while i wasn't the kindest" is simply an understatement. The way this person lied on their review is insanity. It can be amazing what you can accomplish when you simply listen to employees and or read the policies of the store. Me and my sister's had a bet about how people like this try their hardest to ruin other peoples days, and I went on reviews to see if she did anything and to our expectations we saw a review detailing the exact encounter. Whoever you are Mariah, thank you for helping me and my little sisters with finding the product we needed, and bless you for dealing with people like that.β

βDSW has a great selection of shoes and the prices are pretty reasonable. The store was quiet, which made it easy to shop, and my online order pickup was quick and easy. The only downside was that the employee I interacted with wasnβt very friendly. Overall, it was still a convenient and smooth experience.β

βMy absolute favorite Anthropologie in North Texas! The atmosphere is always inviting, the store is always clean and the staff is FANTASTIC! This store newly rolled out personal styling and Ann in the fitting room is my go too! And should be yours too! She pulled styles that fit my body and new ways to wear styles on trend. She is attentive, kind and makes the experience so worth it especially if your like me super busy. Please check her out! It’s also refreshing when you get to the register and people remember you like Danika does me every time I am in the store. She is a joy! She goes above and beyond to help me with in store purchases and online orders. Shoutout to Rachel their store manager!

βTax free weekend was not the ideal time to shop due to heavy crowds but I needed formal, high heels for my gown and today was my only free day before our event. Ashbee was an absolute gem! Many young people these days make as little effort as possible when working the floor as a retail associate but not Ashbee.
