“Damien was awesome! Came in to try on Docs and had such a great experience at this store. Having worked retail a lot in the past, high pressure pitches are easy to see through and are a bit frustrating (though I get that people are just trying to do their job, while also having to compete with online options). There was no sales pitch at this Journeys, which was very refreshing. Damien was kind, thoughtful about helping me find the right boots, and patient while I tried on a bunch of options and sizes. Ricardo was helping another customer but he seemed to have a similar vibe. They're welcoming, laid back, and both seem like genuinely nice humans. Having a non-stressful shopping experience is priceless these days and mine was both peaceful and happy. Seriously, I'd give them 10 stars if it were an option! ✨ Get your boots, sneakers, and sandals at the Journey store in Allen outlets, and ask for Damien. 🙌 Went back the following day to show my partner some shoes and get his opinion and Katelyn helped us.
