“quick review.It a 3 star but the dude there was like "LOVE YOUR MISS MAY I SHIRT" so i bumped it up to 4.walked in and barely heard anyone say anything. Obviously kids in there so i get it but geez, has the quality of working at a shop gone down? I grew up with zumiez and it was never like this. at least that dude greeted me and asked me if i needed help. shout out to that dude.but as far as clothing, holy H, everything is overpriced. even in 2015, hoodies were 50 at the most. most is 30-40. now, they are way over 50. like wow! shirts are normal priced given the inflation but geez everything is overpriced. most the selection is a variety and different things but as far as old school brands, the clothing isnt the same. the actual styles and designs are newer so if you are a late 20s like me, you might not like the designs. this is for mid/early 20s, late/mid/early teens fashions.the cool thing is the variety of stuff. they are definitely still like the old school zumiez i grew up. so that for sure is worth it.i would suggest this shop for everyone looking to get their child some apparel that dresses like most kids nowadays.”

“A Must-do: Shopping at the Allen Premium Outlets. The outdoor outlet offers so much to everyone. From high-end designer stores to family-friendly shopping. I absolutely love shopping the allen outlets?. Especially one of my favorite stores, which is the Puma Store. The store has a great selection of everything. It's hard to choose. This time around, I purchased a new hat and some t shirts . Love my items. * I recommend including the Puma store on your next shopping trip to the Allen Outlets. You'll love your finds also.”

“A huge shout out to Katherine and SamWho were tremendously helpful on our visit yesterday. Super friendly, great eye for fashion and very appreciative for their superior customer service . We came with an agenda to create a new wardrobe for my newly single daughter. We literally bought every item Katherine suggested which included some items i would’ve walked right by except for their suggestion to try it. My daughter is 36 and size 6. I’m 63 and a size 12. My daughter ended up with enough separate pieces to literally create at least 20 different outfits. I ended up buying a pair of jeans and a blouse which were both age appropriate for me and stylish. We were so successful with our purchases we didn’t need to visit any other stores. Thank you Katherine and Sam!”

“Most item don't have price tag on them so that makes shopping harder than it has to be. I spent a good 5 minutes waiting in line (with just 1 couple ahead of me) because they have to keep checking the price, and deals, and back to price. Most shoes looks old and dull yet are priced very high. But I did found a pair of Holden Plain Toe at only $99, so there's that. They also do not offer military discount like 90% of other stores there.”
“I recently visited Macy's Backstage and was blown away by the amount of discount merchandise available. The store is a bargain hunter's paradise, with a wide variety of products at deeply discounted prices. From clothing to home decor, there was something for everyone at Macy's Backstage. The quality of the products was also impressive, with many brand name items available at a fraction of the retail price. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the store was well-organized and easy to navigate. “I visited this location on 1/12/24 to make a return with my daughter. I took notice of the clearance shirts that were on display and asked the cashier that was on duty about each of the sizes. Helene was very cordial, and retrieved whatever shirts we were interested in from the display panel. I was tempted to buy a Snoop Dogg shirt but decided against it due to my tight budget lol. Will definitely be returning to this location!”

“Was having an issue with the refund I got with Klarna. Called Nike customer support and Klarna Customer support many times but the only thing they did was waste my time and not give a proper answer. However, as I had done the return from this store, I decided to give them a call, spoke with the manager, and my issue was resolved in under an hour!I was waiting for the past 2 months to get this issue resolved but Customer service was not willing to help but the manager of this store took not even an hour to get my issue resolved and also gave me a call back to let me know. I know from now on, this is the only Nike Store that I will visit!Great work!Date: 7th October 2023”
“This review is NOT for the ASICS company but for Sarah at this particular outlet location. ASICS are the only shoes I can wear due to multiple issues and the company used to be amazing......but it seems they took the stupid Rona excuse like everyone else as a way to NOT stand behind their product, and to save a few bucks instead of putting the customer first. We don't have an ASICS store near us anymore so we drove 80 miles one way to this one BECAUSE customer service emailed me to tell me I could return a lot of shoes I wore 2 times to this location. But that is mot true. The system won't even allow it. After a bunch of back and forth and calling customer service who did NOT understand or comprehend what I was saying (those pesky language barriers) Sarah did the only thing she could within her power and patiently waited for us to send her the shipping label and she sent the shoes back for us. It isn't ideal because now I'm out the money and customer service is super ill-equipped to deal with anything except to blame the stores and give false information, she still at least tried and she was so sweet and incredibly patient and I would go back just because of her great attitude and help. Needless to say I am very sad ASICS has changed. It's absurd to think if someone wears shoes once they can't be returned if in excellent condition. You cannot know how shoes will be after walking in the store with them. That's just ignorant. That's NOT the fault of store employees but rather the company "rules". They just profit of Covid like so many others and it's very very sad. They will never see this review and that's fine. It's just sad. Anyway, the workers were so nice and beyond helpful and I will be back when I need new shoes. Thanks Sarah for being amazing!!!!!”
