“Very easy donation process, and the staff are very kind. I don’t mind the prices being a little higher than some resale shops in the area as the proceeds go to helping families pay their rent, or keep their utilities on, or furnish their homes, or provide food for thousands. They certainly aren’t the most pricey in Collin County. Definitely worth a visit when there’s a 20% discount ON EVERYTHING on Mondays. Who else does that?!? I’ll keep donating and making purchases because I understand ACO’s mission.”

I was immediately greeted by Jonathan who not only educated me on their shirt sizing but fitted me with the perfect shirt size. He toured me around to show me what their sale items were, told me to look around and reach out if I had any questions. The service experience he offered did all the selling. I bought a dress shirt and scarf. Excellent job Jonathan and team, you earned a customer. Secondly, I did return the scarf the following day. I had the tags still on the scarf and receipt on my account Jonathan setup the previous day. The return experience was also an excellent experience. It took 2 minutes and was hassle free. A note to people shopping in general, some items may be a final sale and not returnable so if you're not in love with the item, don't buy it. ✌️✌️✌️”

“I visited this store with my wife and a friend and we all found some great deals on jeans. There was a deal of 40% off when you buy 4 items so that was great. I even found a good deal on a men’s jacket. I live in Michigan, so I’m not sure when I’ll be able to stop in here again, but if I’m in the area, I’ll be back. All the staff members were very nice and really helpful. I highly recommend this store.”

“Clean store with merchandise are in stock and well organized. The deals are not that lucrative however have many rebates on the garments with available size. The staff is nice and provides customers good service. We would love to shop here again provided some more deals or coupons are available.”
