“I took my daughter clothes shopping today. I hate clothes shopping, even for myself. It's a painful experience every time. Today, we went to 6 stores and it was a nightmare trying to find stuff that fit her well and looked nice.
Before admitting defeat, we walked into Buckle, and there we were met with an absolute angel of a young lady, Dariana. I said my girl needs new clothes, and she took over the whole operation! She was spot on for sizing up my daughter (and me!!!) and found a good haul of stuff to try on. I cannot thank this girl enough for her help. I have zero fashion sense, so clothes shopping for me ranks about the same as other people going to the dentist.

“I frequent SEVERAL Macy Backstages and the Allen location is quite possibly my FAVORITE one!
The staff are EXTREMELY friendly, ESPECIALLY the management along with the (female) cashiers.
Compared to other branches, this store is VERY well-organized and for the men's inventory, it's MUCH better here.
If I resided nearby, I'd visit weekly like before and it's nice to feel GREATLY APPRECIATED, as a regular.”

“I love having a physical store to visit and try on clothing. It's in a good location, the store is clean and well stocked. The staff are helpful without being pushy. It is an outlet so all sales are final but we all should know this by this stage in life so that's nothing to complain about. Also, the clothes are in a higher price point but this is reflective of the superior quality and longevity. These pieces will last a very long time so your investment in great quality and stylish items is well worth it.”
“I went to WHBM (Outlet Mall) in Allen, TX to look for something to wear for a wedding dinner weekend (12/14/25) in Georgetown, TX. I was extremely impressed with Karen's customer service - it was impeccable! I usually shop by myself, but that day I needed a little help and feedback. “My absolute favorite Anthropologie in North Texas! The atmosphere is always inviting, the store is always clean and the staff is FANTASTIC! This store newly rolled out personal styling and Ann in the fitting room is my go too! And should be yours too! She pulled styles that fit my body and new ways to wear styles on trend. She is attentive, kind and makes the experience so worth it especially if your like me super busy. Please check her out! I was immediately greeted by Jonathan who not only educated me on their shirt sizing but fitted me with the perfect shirt size. He toured me around to show me what their sale items were, told me to look around and reach out if I had any questions. The service experience he offered did all the selling. I bought a dress shirt and scarf. Excellent job Jonathan and team, you earned a customer. Secondly, I did return the scarf the following day. I had the tags still on the scarf and receipt on my account Jonathan setup the previous day. The return experience was also an excellent experience. It took 2 minutes and was hassle free. A note to people shopping in general, some items may be a final sale and not returnable so if you're not in love with the item, don't buy it. ✌️✌️✌️”

“Could have just been me, or my expectations of the outlet. But they didn't seem to have many options at this location Specifically for children's shoes. It was quite difficult to find shoes in either of my daughter's shoe sizes. Now the customer service was amazing. Not going to lie about that. But I just feel as though the store can have a few more options for the customers. Or even honor the in-store price for a shoe that's online.”
