“A very clean facility. Great customer service and friendly. Had to get use to the app but works great. I love that they have hand carts and elevator for convenience of transferring furniture and boxes into the storage space.”

“Usually a good experience. New manager seems nice. Was very busy.. last manager was great.. new older office girl was ok.. kept mispronounced my name then told me wrong price when I went to pay bill but I corrected her and she said yeah I was right but no apology or anything for her mistake. I think their signs are funny n usually take pics of them for a giggle later. On a few occasions Other customers tend to block gate n key pad with moving trucks or work trucks or haul butt in gate almost running me over. One time a person had 2 hallways blocked with his stuff all over in the building my unit was in and I had a hard time getting to and from my unit to move heavy things.”

Saw over 500 5 star reviews and I thought “how’s that even possible? Over 500 people think some place and someone is so amazing?” Of course I had to find out for myself. I realized why very quickly upon reaching out.
Stacey is so warm, welcoming and kind. Chatting with him always felt like we been family for so long. He cares for the people and is interested in ensuring he gives you the best option at the best price. I must say his consistency at reaching out and his kindness while at it is unmatched. Even when my items didn’t arrive, he still kept reaching out and for that I say thank you Stacey. What’s more interesting is Stacey was already telling another gentleman about me the very next day and how he met this beautiful lady and how he thinks we are a perfect match. Hilarious. Admin better add matchmaker to Stacey’s bio! ??
The beautiful manager lady confirmed it and we all had such a good laugh. He went on saying when I saw him I knew he was gonna be good for you. Mind you, we just met. Think about how much he has me in his kind, sweet, heart for him to have such thoughts towards me. I’m so lost for words. Thinking about a sweet Christmas gift for Stacey now… words are not enough. “I like to testify/enlighten and make it be made know in places like audiences/people and corporate executive officer (CEO) office and leadership team that you have a superb and exceptional property management name (Autumn) located in Allen Texas facility but she is a True Leader and Representative for Public Storage company in a great light. She is a diamond in the ruff that sprinkle like a billionaire (brilliant) and a treasure and valued for her customer service skills and gifting she showed me how to edits and make changes in y’all app and I was dissatisfied with customer service of Public Storage in Allen Texas location. She helped me bring back faith in your company. She restored back hope just because of her listening skills, she was polite, knowledgeable, understanding, wisdom, generosity, excellent customer service, friendly, diversified, excellent customer service, genuine spirit/attitude, patience, kindness, influence, impacted me, joyful, peaceful attitude, good attitude, gentle spirit, team player, etc., I hope the CEO or his assistant read this positive observation write up and does not just laid aside somewhere and not being proactive.

Your customers don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care…she is a rare commodity for you all company. Please reward her a salary increase to let her know you all care about her service rendered to her customers and make you all surplus profits and and repeat customers.
