“When I first obtained storage rentals from moving from my 5 bedroom home, I felt overwhelmed and defeated. It was by God's design that brought me to this storage facility.
Upon my arrival to the office, I was greeted and assisted by Johnna. She could sense that I was stressed and overwhelmed. She extended warm encouraging words to me. You never know what a person is going through. Johnna went above and beyond her job description by giving me hope and reassurance that everything was going to be ok.
Johnna was highly thorough and ensured that I had a vast understanding of public storage's policy and procedures. She went line by line of the contract and left no ambiguity as to what my monthly payments for my 3 units would be.
I never thought I would be in this situation. Getting laid off for 10 months and falling behind on perfectly paid bills, was truly heartbreaking and taxing. With the economy in its current state and the costs of everything rising, it didn't take long to deplet my savings and 401K. I'm beyond blessed that Johnna saw me as a person and held no judgment towards me.
Additionally, I remember falling behind on my storage payment due to catching up on things from starting a new job. I had received her reminder calls and decided to go to the office in person to discuss. Of course she was doing her job by explaining the late fees and situation in detail. Not excusing my actions whatsoever, I was highly stressed and used a unprofessional tone with her. After praying and God calling me out for my subpar behavior, I again returned to the office in person and issued her a formal apology and gave her a Starbucks gift card. She accepted and appreciated the apology and giftcard.
Johnna, has continued to assist me with my customer service needs and also provides a warm smile and willingness to assist.
If you need storage services and want to be treated like a human and not transactional, public storage Frisco is highly recommended. They will take care of you and your valuables with a servants heart.

“I’ve had this storage unit for going on two years, I can say that the store manager has been an absolute blessing! I’m now all moved out but I wanted to share my great experience with the manager. I have lost my keys and he has cut off the lock for me, he has offered extra services to help me move stuff and he has just been a joy to work with. I would highly recommend this storage unit solely because of him and the cleanliness of the units. 1000% customer service and great location. Will miss his kindness!”

“Moving from Las Vegas to Texas this was a last minute add on the truck was filled my van was filled and I still had stuff to move so I ordered a 8×8 and was need of it like yesterday the woman on the phone worked with me and got me a container the next day very quick and easy was able to load the rest of my stuff and I didn't have to worry anymore about anything packrat took over from there once in Texas Coretta was a pleasure to meet when she dropped my container off to be unloaded and Lawrence the man who picked it up was very professional this company has is top notch I will use them again and will be referring them to others”
