“Every experience with Stonebriar Auto Service & Repair has always been amazing, after picking up a vehicle that immediately needed a new motor and not being able to get in touch with the repairman for several weeks I took my car to Stonebriar because of a funny noise they took a look at it and instantly n knew what the problem was and pulled car around to fix it and if that wasn’t enough stellar service they didn’t even charge needless to say it took away all my fear and stress I had been feeling for weeks not getting in touch with the other repair place. “Came in today for what turned out to be wheel sensors. My tire light has been on for a couple of weeks and I have after market rims that no tire shop wants to deal with but the guys at Wylie Tire quickly tracked down which sensors were out and causing my light to stay on and they had the sensors in stock and replaced them within a few minutes. Great, reliable, affordable, and most of all honest and friendly service (even with my after market rims) Would definitely recommend and will be back, but hopefully not for sensors ?”

Let's move the metal, make a deal and move on to the next customer. They didn't try to sell me extras or play games with me. I haggled a little bit, we came to an agreement (via text!), they sent me a breakdown of add-on costs (via text! no nitrogen!). At this particular location, the staff was present, professional, and courteous throughout the process. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and a nice place to sit while the work was being done. My only suggestion would be to add a water dispenser, soda pops, or even better — a vending machine. That small touch would really round out an already excellent customer experience.
