“Quality One Wheels is fantastic. I purchased my RHO with multi-piece beadlock wheels that I loved, but I wasn’t a fan of the color. I had a vision for how I wanted them to look, and Quality One brought it to life exactly the way I imagined. Jon was professional, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and their pricing was very reasonable for the level of craftsmanship they provide. I’d definitely recommend Quality One to anyone looking to get their wheels done right.”

“They fixed the door lock on drivers side same day! They are all so professional and friendly. Reassuring too! I have a very old car but they keep it going for me. I am so grateful they are so trustworthy and follow up promptly for any questions or problems. I have 3 vehicles and only use them, have for several years and never disappointed on any work they have done. Totally recommend them for automotive needs! Quick and stick to quoted work with a follow up text to review before work is done. They are great!”

“UPDATE June 2026: Two lessons today; how to use tire inflator and don't use provided tire sealant unless necessary. Different car got a nail and went flat overnight at home. Best solution was to use tire inflator and drive to shop. But also used tire sealant which puts all the oily goo inside tire making impossible to repair. Try inflation only first. So needed new tire and the others needed replacement as well. In for penny go for buck. Replaced all in 3 hours. UPDATE Jun 2022: No tire problems this visit just getting annual state car inspection. No sweat no fuss. Didn't take very long. UPDATE Dec 2021. Another surprise. My tires must have magnetics in them to attract nails. Back with same car/same tire that brought me into shop 1st time. Bummer. But got it fixed fast for free I guess because it was same tire I bought new. When it got first nail to close to sidewall to be patched. UPDATE A FEW DAYS LATER: Surprise surprise going back so soon. Different car different problem. I got a nail in one tire and found it low this morning. Not much thought in where to go just a few blocks from the house; Just Tires. Promptly greeted and service provided. Unfortunately the nail was close to wall of tire so a plug to fix wasn't an option with Just Tires. They don't do plugs. So a new tire was in order and one that will match the remaining tread life of the other tires. All fixed in about an hour. Sweet! The manager's parting comment I hope not to have to see you again anytime soon. Me to. EARLIER IN AUG 2021: They earned their five stars in less than an hour. My dashboard alert said that one tire was low and needed air...like now. I checked but found no damage/nail. Not wanting to take a chance I drove here at 4:30pm Fri and got taken care of right away. Shop mgr/tech checked things out and quickly determined the problem was the tire pressure sensor was bad. He replaced it and I was back on the road in less than hour.”

“Went here a couple times recently. Once for a warranty check on my tires and the second with just a wheel that needed a tire. A few different people helped me out, but all of them were awesome. Friendly staff and very quick service. I'll definitely be using them again.”

“They supposedly open at 8:00 am, yet five workers walked outside at 7:40 ready to assist us early arrivers. After a brief consultation, they began work. I was in my car and driving away at 8:01 with four new tires and sensors. Fully staffed with multiple workers in each bay, it was like a well-oiled machine. I’ve always thought the service to be great at this location, but it has somehow gotten even better.”

“The service advisor quickly found the warranty that I had completely forgotten. I purchased. The work was done satisfactorily and quickly. I find the pricing to be competitive even with discount brick and mortar stores while the experience is much more professional.”

“Just got my inspection done here- it was truly less than 10 minutes which was unheard of, and the price was very reasonable. The staff weren’t patronizing towards me as a woman or trying to sell me more stuff I didn’t need. 10/10 recommend this place for inspections.”

“I had a flat tire today, so I went straight to Discount Tire this morning. The staff at the counter and the repair shop were very helpful. Since it's a three-year-old car and I've never had a tire replaced before, they didn't charge me anything. Thank you so much for your service.”

“Pulled in b/c my tire light was on, turns out one of them was flat! Young man had me pull over to speak to someone. Cesar came out and assisted me. He was polite, I liked that he communicated what was wrong, what the options were for a repair if possible, and he even offered an alternate solution to get me home b/c my spare couldn't be used. They were able to repair the tire and send me on my way allowing me to make it home before the storm. Thank you to the entire team that worked on my car!”

“Jared took really good care of me. He explained the job to me, answered my questions, didn't rush me and he did what I asked him to do. He called for extra help up front because he saw how important my questions were to answer and not have any interruptions while he was explaining everything to me and I greatly appreciate his attention to everything I needed to know about my vehicle.”

“I came here to get all four of my tires replaced, and Hayden was very helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was quick and easy, and I also had an alignment done while I was there. There was a small issue with the alignment afterward, but I came back and they were able to fix it right away with no hassle. I really appreciated how quickly they took care of everything. Great customer service overall, and I’d definitely recommend them!”

“I really wanted to give this experience just one star based on my interaction with Nick(Nicholas), but Jacob went above and beyond and completely changed my opinion. I genuinely want to thank Jacob for everything he did. The reason I initially felt like giving one star was because I had spoken with Jacob over the phone beforehand and confirmed everything with him. Unfortunately, I forgot his name at the time. I was on a time crunch, and I was told that if I came in, my vehicle should be completed by around 4 PM, so I decided to make the trip. While I was on my way, I called the store to give them a heads-up and spoke with Nick. When I arrived, I met with Nick again and explained that I had already spoken with someone and had everything confirmed. Unfortunately, because I couldn’t remember Jacob’s name, Nick did not seem willing to help or take my concerns seriously. What frustrated me even more was that Nick seemed skeptical when I mentioned that I had been offered a discount. He told me that they don’t give out discounts, which made me feel like I was being treated as if I was lying rather than as a customer who was simply trying to follow through on what had been discussed over the phone. I also explained that I had been told I could be finished by 4 PM, but I didn’t feel like any effort was made to accommodate that. Nothing was done on my vehicle until around 4 PM, which was extremely frustrating given the time constraint I had communicated. Thankfully, Jacob came in and completely changed the experience for me. He stepped up, helped resolve the situation, and went above and beyond to make things right. His customer service and willingness to help were exactly what I had hoped for when I first came in. So while my experience with Nick was very disappointing, Jacob deserves recognition for turning a very frustrating situation into a much better one. Thank you, Jacob, for your help and for actually taking the time to make things right.”

“I got a screw in my tire and Firestone tried to tell me it was not fixable (was not in the sidewall) and that I needed a new tire. So I went here as a second opinion and they fixed it for free and assured me my tires were fine! Shame on Firestone trying to take advantage of a single mom. I’ll be a discount tire customer forever.”

“Tristan has been the best help I’ve ever had at discount. I needed help picking wheels and tires for my wife’s Bronco and he was the man! He was knowledgeable, consultative, and very communicative. He was even in the garage helping get the vehicle out ahead of schedule. Very happy to have worked with Tristan - highly recommend.”

“I needed an emergency set of new tires on my son’s truck…it was a Saturday 4:20pm (they close at 5) and I was 15 minutes away. I called the store at 4:20 and Manny was so amazing, he told me to head that way and they would get it done! They had the exact set of all terrain tires I wanted in stock! Upon arriving at 440pm they grabbed the truck and got to work! Christopher S. Was amazing helping me on arrival to the store and expediting the process! They had all 4 tires perfectly balanced and mounted on the truck before I could even finish checking in and paying for them! ALL of the guys at this Discount Tire Rock!!! Thank you so much we greatly appreciate you guys!!!”
