We were attended to by Vianney, a loan representative, and her supervisor Priscilla .The two ladies were very attentive and extremely patient with my over-explaining of our situation. Somehow we had been charged 4 times in a single month as opposed to a one time payment. Naturally, this would make anyone upset but the customer service we received was exemplary. They were very accommodating to our need for having everything explained. Their customer skills are a credit to this institution. My daughter and I were very pleased with their level of professionalism.Our issue has been resolved. We are very grateful to Rally Credit Union and its employees for treating us well.Additionally the women were very kind and humored me as I told them dad jokes.
