“Where do I begin. My wife and I were out of town on vacation and my stepdaughters car got a flat. She has 2 little ones and wasn't able to get out to get it fixed. We got back in town and drove to her place to see what we could do. I got enough air in the tire to drive it to the service department. They close at 7 and I arrived at 7:05. Needless to say everything was closed up. I went in just to see if they had a night drop so I could leave it for the next day. Jesse and Antonio were finishing up and I asked if I could leave the car. They asked what the issue was and I told them. They didn't hesitate at all and said let's bring it in and look at it. I figured it needed a new tire and that was the case. They replaced the tire for me. I went in expecting nothing and received the best service I can recall for a while. I work retail myself so know that customers and associates can definitely be a challenge. Jesse and Antonio are the type of people I look for when hiring. Treat them well and don't let them go.”
