“Honestly one of the best places to shop if you’re looking for good prices and nice brands at the same time. I found really good clothes and accessories for way cheaper than expected. The staff were respectful, checkout was quick, and the overall vibe was great. Definitely coming back again!”

“I just wanted to share how nice of an experience shopping at Pearland Pkwy TJMaxx compared to other TJ Maxx stores. Store is well organized and displayed very nice and clean, doesn’t seem congested.”
“This is our first time coming to Kohl’s to buy a dress, but the attitude of the white customer was very rude and racist. She was shouting that my husband should not be in the dressing room with me. My husband was just trying to help me try on my dress, but she threatened to call the police.
It was a very unpleasant experience. The customer was extremely rude. Kohls didn't get involved not their fault.”
“I am extremelyy pleased with this location instead of the other Walmart on FM 518 on the east side of 288 (which is so crowded and takes a long time to drive into or find anything). This location in Shadow Creek is slightly smaller but suits me perfectly as it's easier to find items. Customer Service is excellent with the cashiers and employees in the aisles responding to instantly, efficiently, and cheerfully. When I stopped and asked one of the employees where copier paper was, she personally took me all the way to the aisle - which is amazing because it's rare these days and therefore greatly appreciated! This is my go-to store now!”
“I just got an oil change at the auto center, & Miss Re who I believe is the Manager is there to provide exceptional customer service & be of aid. It is hard to come across ppl who are really there to help. I’m very thankful Walmart has employees like her. I walked away very pleased with the service I received. I highly recommend this location for auto service needs.”
“I just wanted to give credit to Lisa in the men's fragrance department for all her help and knowledge on the fragrances I was interested in and had questions about. It was 8:45pm when I got to the store, and she treated me like we had all day to talk. I went in with a particular fragrance in mind. I purchased that one, and while she helped me make the purchase, she told me all about the other ones I had questions on. Top notch service never rushed or asked if I could hurry up.when I finally left the store, it was 9:12pm. Would highly recommend this store for the personal service received. “I wanted to give a huge thank you to Karla Roberts at HomeGoods for going above and beyond to help me today. I had accidentally misplaced access to my gift card after adding it to Apple Wallet, and I honestly thought the remaining balance was gone for good.
At first, customer service wasn’t able to resolve the issue, but Karla did not give up. She spent nearly an hour helping me, searching through transactions, making calls, and doing everything she could to figure it out. Thanks to her patience, & kindness, she was able to get everything resolved for me.
It’s rare to come across someone willing to put that much time and effort into helping a customer, and I truly appreciate her for that. Thank you again, Karla for your amazing customer service and for turning such a stressful situation into a positive experience!! (:”

I love coming during sensory & senior hours: from opening to 10 am. It's way less people, the lights seem to be dim, as it is not noisy and chaotic.
If this Walmart does not have what you need, there are two others right down 518.”
“I’m new here in Pearland and I’ve heard so much about this store from my friends. I came in and was greeted so well and after that my shopping experience was amazing. I was able to find everything I needed and beyond. The line moved awesomely and the cashiers there are very friendly. I also admired how the manager came over to help assist his workers in a very good manner and I think that speaks for itself. I’ll be back soon and will let others know!!!!”

“I love target I love the clothes, the produce the everyday items and so much more all the target staff were always very nice and love meeting new people you don’t even have to wave to somebody when the self checkout doesn’t work they immediately know to go over there and back to school supplies they have all the things that you could ever need. Composition books, pencils, 1 billion Bajillion folders.
Every time I go to Target, it feels like I’ve bought more than I came to buy if I go buy peanut butter, I somehow buy like five pairs of clothes it’s crazy
