No one in department I was in to help. Saw very few employees or customers. JCPenney's Salon was good. Little more pricey than some I go to but would pay again to get as good of haircut and style and customers service as I got.

I had to take my necklace in for repairs and to be cleaned they were all so very nice and kind and If I must suggest one thing I'm not always one to get insurance on a lot of stuff but for my jewelry always do and it always pays off for sure believe me .
