“Stopped by the T-Mobile Experience Store to pick up an item. The process itself was quick, but I wasn’t greeted or welcomed when I came in. I was thanked on the way out, which I appreciated, but the overall interaction felt pretty minimal for an “Experience” store. Hoping for a warmer, more engaging customer experience next time.”
“Marcus was absolutely fantastic! My (senior) mom and I got new iPhones and he was patient, kind, knowledgeable and an absolute delight! He spent almost an hour and a half with us setting up our new phones and transferring our data. Mom moved from Ann android to an iPhone and he was able to make all of that happen! Huge props to Marcus!”

What we all thought just wiping my cell phone was going to be an easy fix, it became an ongoing nightmare, but Abraham refused to give up. He helped fix my phone. “After hitting the wall for over 3 weeks while attempting to port my number over from Verizon I had a feeling the only response anyone from Spectrum could offer was No, can't be done. But since we were under the gun to get my number ported from Verizon, or lose our bundled discounts, I braved a visit to the McKinney store on 380. Was met by Johnathan who took the time to listen to my sad story about my network locked handset and that I was willing to purchase a new handset while in the store in order to get my number ported over to Spectrum. Johnathan was nothing but helpful, had the handset I wanted in stock and proceeded to begin the porting process. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Johnathan hung in there with us and was actually surprised along with my wife and I that once every thing feel into place, the number ported over within 5 minutes. Jonathan also took the time to add notes to our account to hopefully ensure we didn't lose our bundled discounts. I was so impressed with his customer service skills, I even purchased the bundled case and screen protector at the same time. Spectrum has a great customer asset with this young man on their team.”

I came to buy a 3d printer and walked the store looking for the Bambu Labs A1 mini for probably 30 minutes. Showed in stock online but was actually not on the floor. Ended up ordering it on my phone and picked up at the CS desk. Only complaint I had on this visit.”
