“I'm admittedly *annoyingly* particular about my dogs. Only paws and sanitary areas get touched in terms of grooming. So when an accidental ear trim happened, I was REALLY upset. But let me just say, Ryan and the Paw of the Family team went above and beyond to make things right. They've shown how much they care and our dogs are always treated with love.

While we're usually only there for nail trims, we recently went for full baths, and the results were so amazing. I'm not exaggerating when I say that when Carissa brought them out, it took me a couple extra seconds to recognize my dogs. I can't recommend them enough.”

“We just completed our 6 week beginner training course with Jacob. This was the best thing I could have done for my sweet girl and our family. Prior to training she was jumping all over everyone, stealing things off our counters, pulling my arm off while she is on a leash, and had very little socialization. At the end of our 6 week class she is a very much improved 10 month old puppy. I have had a lot of people compliment me on her behavior and how calm she is for her age and breed. Jacob has a true passion and love for these dogs and knows what he is doing. If you sign up for his class, follow his teachings and work with your dog at home (its easy to work in small increments of training at home) you will definitely start seeing an improvement in your dogs behavior as well. We are looking for to intermediate training with Jacob.”
