“The store is pretty good like always but on January 13 around 5:30 I went in the store to check out and I always pay with cash but when I’m finished scanning my items to check out it says card but the worker will still if you paying cash or card and they point you to the machine so when i needed help the lady came and I told her that I was paying cash not card she said with a rude tone that it will tell you when you first come up here or something and then she say she have to log in or something didn’t say excuse but gave me sign that I needed to move I felt very uncomfortable with the lady I understand if you having a bad day but come on she a white women had black curly hair I couldn’t get her name :(”
“Nice place with lots of affordable items and a fun mix of decor, snacks, and gadgets. Some shelves were a little messy, but it was still easy to find what I wanted. The staff was helpful, and checkout was quick. Overall a solid experience worth coming back for.”

“Chacharas shop, everything from 5usd to 10, just be careful, because you go out of your way and when you pay the bill becomes very big. Remember that taxes are not included in the price.”
“The remodeled store is quite nice and actually provides some fresh things such as produce. It’s handy so that you don’t have to drive 15 miles to the grocery store. It was getting dilapidated before they remodeled so I’m glad they were able to do it, and do it so quickly. They didn’t change the layout of the store so it is still familiar. There is a self-checkout station now. Another problem is that beforehand, the checkout lines could get very long, which was irritating if you’d only gone in to pick up one or two things. Overall, I’m glad the store is there and had been upgraded. The staff are helpful as well. And if you park at the west end of the parking lot, you are perfectly lined up with the runway that the planes for the skydivers use next door. It’s neat to watch them.”
“I love this place and it has a lot of the things I want or need for cheap ! I got some Christmas cards for my family and some cleaning spray for my bathroom. They spray works like wonders ! The palace is well organized by category and the employees are so nice ! ?”
“One of the best dollar stores I have ever been to. They have more items/selections than dollar tree and family dollar. They also have a lot of hard to find items here. They also play really good music here as well. I remember the last time when I came here in September 2023 they played One Republic - Counting Stars and Michael Jackson - Thriller.”

“I visited this Dollar General two days in a row and always visit here. Today, I met the manager, Regina, and a new employee Charmayne. Charmayne showed me to the area where I could get a basket while she organized sale items. When I was ready to purchase my items, she immediately stopped what she was doing and assured me of the pricing of all items I had in question. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest about what she knew and did not know. This is the type of authenticity that builds trust.
I complemented Regina on how well organized and clean the store always is everytime that I patron this business. Although this is not her scheduled day to work, she is here organizing, adding prices so that customers are aware of their clearance sale, and training and acknowledging the great work of her new employee Charmayne. This is servant leadership in progress. She is working alongside her teammates and demonstrating that she is willing to do what she asks them to do, while depmonstrating superb customer service on a day she isn't supposed to be there. She personally stopped her task to point out to me the items that were on sale so that I would have a chance to benefit from the sale! I ended up purchasing sale items in addition to the items I was there to purchase. This is excellent customer service and it is my hope that the leaders of Dollar General recognize the excellence in their store manager here at the Bailey location. This is the top of leadership that renders repeat customers, such as myself. Well done Regina and Charmayne. I look forward to encountering them both during my future shopping experiences here.”

“Zairelle was very pleasant and quiet helpful. I only took a star off because their 90 day return policy has changed to 30 days. I really love the store but some of the items are trash. What I mean is it's hit or miss with Bluetooth devices. They need to give you 90 days since their quality control is awful. It's not the storage five below that I'm talking about. I would happily give him five stars except that 30 days to return a defective device, when they sell so many of them, is subpar and needs to be addressed. If they would improve their quality control standards, give 90 day to test their electronic or lower their prices, I would not feel 4 stars is fair. I only give 4 stars because of the aforementioned employee, in terms my disatisfaction with their electronics.”

“I am very impressed with the remodel! I wish that I had taken pictures of how beautiful it looked!I pray that the employees and customers do their best to keep it looking so organized! We all need to think about the fact that we shop at this store, because it is in our neighborhood and it's convenient! We should respect the hard work that the employees have done in order for us to have a great store to shop at!One thing that Dollar General needs to address is that their is never enough employees on duty to handle the amount of customers that visit the store!People don't want to stand in the long lines all the time!Other than that, GREAT JOB DOLLAR GENERAL EMPLOYEES????”
