I was given a check from someone today and had to go cash it at point bank, when I walked in the door of the location on IH 35 and Teasley, in Denton, Texas I was promptly greeted with four friendly hellos, And four people inside waiting to help me out. Good customer service is kind of hard to come by these days in my personal opinion, but these guys did an exceptional job, and if you are an executive for Point Bank reading this, I highly encourage you make sure you retain these valuable assets for your organization.
