“Needed an A/C recharge for my 04 Buick Century. Never had it recharged before, but eventually they need it. It only has 62k miles and I keep it pristine. You could literally eat a heated muffin off the valve cover; it is that clean. Carl, the owner, was honest and didn't jack me around about putting A/C Dye in the system to make a mess, check for a leak, diagnostic service and the other garbage 5 other shops pretty much insisted on forcing on me, to get it recharged. It is a 20yo car. It is normal to need a recharge periodically.
Carl took good care of my old car, Recharged it, put a little A/C oil in the system, kept everything clean, talked to me about what was needed and now it is like new. It is, freezing me out of it, if I don't keep the fan on low.

Edit: forgot to mention that they took care of me in less than 48 hrs I called Sept. 10th while I was at work to set up an appointment they saw me the very next day Sept. 11 before I went into work again to look at my car and check out what was wrong. They told me they could order the part and have it here the next day and have it installed within two hours of me bringing my car back and they did better than that. They called me as soon as the part was in and I sat up there for maybe an hour tops.”
