“This is a great place to do your banking. The employees are friendly & helpful. The only complaint I have is that at the little Road location the employees take all the front of the bank parking. At busy times I have had to park at the back by the drive thru & I am handicap so sometimes that makes it a challenge. Most businesses leave the front of the store parking for the customers. At other EECU locations I notice they do leave the front for customers. It is just this location that I have noticed this.”

“I went in today to cash an insurance check for my totalled vehicle. They were understaffed and pretty busy but my teller was Shrita Small and she made the experience so much better! Even though she was getting yelled at and clearly very busy she was such a joy to be helped by. She maintained a professional demeanor and handled things with grace and class! Thank you Shrita!!”

“I have banked with TTCU for some years now. I have had a much better experience banking with them than the bigger banks. Their wait time (on the phone and in person) are much better. I am also happier with their resolutions from anything that has come up over the years with disputes and such, compared to my experiences with your bigger banks.
My only complaint would be they do not have a drop box for deposits. I use the app for check deposits and I do not need to deposit cash often, so this has not been a major set back for me, compared to the other pro's TTCU offers me and my family banking here.”

“Came to Kroger today, was going to use this Bank to cash a check.. after meeting Katie, I asked about opening an account. She was so warm, sweet and kind it made me want to open an account just based on this encounter. We had nice conversation, she opened me an account within 15 minutes, a perfect way to start my New Year. I had my 4 month old daughter with me & as we were checking out I wanted to buy her toy but couldn’t find anything that peeked interest ? here comes this angel Katie, with a Stitch toy left over from Christmas.
