“From the first time I went in to open a new account was greeted and given clear instructions and walked through the process by the gentleman on setting up an appointment. Nice guy When I returned for my appointment. Greeted immediately by multiple bankers. No wait and my account opening was simple and very informative with Nasean. She was excellent. Very nice explanatory and detailed in my options and the setting up of my accounts and app. The branch manager was also welcoming and pleasant (Jamie) Love the start of this relationship.”

“FKA Grand Bank, many of the staff remains. BancorpSouth still feels like a local bank but is much bigger than Grand Bank.They are still a little old school but that also include real friendly customer service.They do not have all the bells and whistles on-line or in their app that you would find at one of the mega banks but much easier to reach out to real person and get results with BancorpSouth.Fees and such? they are in line with industry standards and in some cases less. No one likes excessive fees but they are not exclusive to this bank either.”

“I have had nothing but good luck with this branch, I had some family issues that required some specialized banking needs and Marvin Gomez helped me every step of the way, called me, kept me updated and always kept in touch. We were new to the area and I didn't know anyone here and he helped out on an important matter, when I go in the tellers are nice and helpful as well. I've always had a good experience here. How he remembers me from time to time, I'll never know but it's nice to feel like they care a little more than just the numbers.”

“Wow, I'm shocked at the amount of negative feedbacks on here. Today I had such a great experience at this location. I went with the assumption that I had an appointment to get a replacement debit card. However Cecilia was unable to find my appointment. I looked at my email and realized I got the date wrong, which it was for Wed and not Tuesday. Despite it was my error, Cecilia said she had a bit of time before her next appointment. So she assisted me with getting a temporary debit card, made small talk with me. Very courteous and friendly. I appreciate her so much for the help.”
