“I have to say that the bakery has never failed my family thus far. We have purchased bday, anniversary and just because cakes and they all have been delicious. They have been moist, flavorful, and beautifully decorated. We tried a different Tom Thumb bakery and it was such a disappointment that we travel to this location for our cakes. Even when my sister was away at college in Houston we ordered from this location and packed it in cooler and drove to Houston to surprise my sister and she was so happy to see us but even happier to see her cake was from Tom Thumb.”

“I need to praise the pharmacist Lisa for going above and beyond. I get my acne medication from PL because they are the most cost effective, these medications combined would cost over $1000 without the vouchers PL use. They cost $215 total from PL. They delivered my medication as usual and it was stolen (in full view of my front door camera, the thief was not smart, just brave). Unfortunately the medication wasn't covered by my insurance so I'd have to pay another $215, which I couldn't afford. Lisa was very compassionate and said she would be upset in the same situation and she worked with me to make a second delivery affordable. She also checked to make sure it was received successfully (I had it delivered to my work instead!) Just really great service and I'm thankful for all you did Lisa!”

“Not sure how this pharmacy has a lower rating, I always dread going to the pharmacy because of the wait, the lines, low inventory, and most pharmacies don’t ever answer the phone including other Walgreens apart from this one (and I’ve been to a lot of them in Arlington). This Walgreens is always on top of everything, always answer the phone within the first minute of calling, and the employees here are professional and kind people. I drive 15 minutes out of my way and pass 2 other Walgreens locations to go here because I never have to worry about a stressful experience. Some of my medications are also widely used and ALWAYS out of stock at most pharmacies, and these guys always have enough inventory to support their customers. The two head pharmacists (I don’t remember one of their names) but he and Jim are so nice, even calling me personally to let me know a shipment is coming in or when they will get something in inventory, even though his lunch had just started. Not sure why my experience is so difficult everywhere else I’ve ever gone, but these guys should offer a masterclass on how to run a pharmacy.”

I did grocery store management for 30 years and we pushed customer service more than anything, the type of customer service inside this Walmart store would not be tolerated at any store I managed. Thank God the pharmacy has good leadership that has a great staff. 5 stars for the pharmacy but 0 stars for the rest of the store, especially produce.”

Regina and Ella are fantastic pharmacists. There are a couple of employees that work here that are rude and unhelpful but it doesn't compare to the job the kind employees do.”

“These people are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I will never get my prescriptions or any medicine anywhere else. They are polite, professional, and care about their customers.
