“After having the worst experience of my life dealing with Public Storage I was going to call around and find an affordable good unit I literally made one call and I spoke to Miss Faye and I didn't call anybody else because her customer service and her personality won me over. The facility is just like any of the storage unit it was clean and ready for me but I would not have rented from there if it wasn't for Miss Faye. She was light-hearted lovely very personable and thorough about the information that she provided regarding the rental late fees monthly due dates and current promotions. “I made the reservation on line, paid for my unit and once at the location I was basically treated as a liar. I showed my contract and receipt and even then I was told I would have to start from scratch. Had to pay a second time for my same Unit. They treated me like I was making it all up even with proof of contract and payment.”
