“I went in not knowing what I really wanted but Malcom and Alexis gave me over the top customer service. The didnt pressure me or follow me around like most people do in furniture stores. However, when I finally decided what I wanted it was out of stock. Alexis assured me that she would do what she could to found me what I wanted. She exceeded my expectations and find exactly what I was looking for! I’m so glad I went in the store that day!”

We had been in when we were shopping around and of all the places we went Jonathan was absolutely the most knowledgeable. He explained the differences of the brands and their line of products, answered all our questions. He gave us spec sheets and total cost for the two different brands we were considering. We took the info home made a decision went in and were done in 15 minutes. We bought at Home Depot because of the terrific job Jonathan did.”

“Just picked up my repaired vacuum that I had considered trashing and its better than ever. Better than new. And he added a scent so my whole house smells of mulberry. I am very glad I decided to repair. Highly recommend!”
