Steve was professional, friendly, answered all my questions, and was more helpful than the other companies I contacted. He was honest with price, delivery, installation, and haul off of old appliances. Steve kept us informed and updated all the way. Did I mention that the installation crew did a phenomenal job and was not happy till we were happy. Thanks for everything.”

“Found this great place through eBay and it happened to be close to work! Stopped by during lunch to check out a Dacor built-in fridge in person and met the owner David. David let me take my time to look it over and plugged it in so I could check it out. Good communication during my delivery and after to make sure everything was ok, I really appreciated that. Highly recommend this place for high end appliances at great prices!”

“Just finished buying a washer/dryer and can't say enough about Jonathan Billingsley. We had been in when we were shopping around and of all the places we went Jonathan was absolutely the most knowledgeable. He explained the differences of the brands and their line of products, answered all our questions. He gave us spec sheets and total cost for the two different brands we were considering. We took the info home made a decision went in and were done in 15 minutes. We bought at Home Depot because of the terrific job Jonathan did.”

“After the runaround with AT&T I came to the Humble Best Buy to seek assistance with an upgrade! We were greeted by Dianna in the cellular department and not only did she make our upgrade process easy she also got us to grab some additional accessories and even put on our screen protectors. Later on during the day after my Uncle was also having issues upgrading through AT&T I recommended we go back to Best Buy, well Dianna was there to save the day again, she helped us with our second upgrade of the day and was assisted by Cindy who help us put on our screen protectors they were both so helpful and made our visit enjoyable! For now on we will only be upgrading with BestBuy Humble location!”

“I went in not knowing what I really wanted but Malcom and Alexis gave me over the top customer service. The didnt pressure me or follow me around like most people do in furniture stores. However, when I finally decided what I wanted it was out of stock. Alexis assured me that she would do what she could to found me what I wanted. She exceeded my expectations and find exactly what I was looking for! I’m so glad I went in the store that day!”

“Well what can I say I rented a skid steer on the skid came off twice during the course of a week and then I ended up paying more than I should have because I had two days down and I called and I called and I called and then finally after promising me two days one of the managers decided to tell the other managers know we're not going to give him two days we're going to give him one day so I got refunded for one day I feel like I got totally screwed literally giving me half of what I was originally told because I was out for approximately 2 and 1/2 days which was the difference between getting the project done and not I strongly don't recommend renting their heavy equipment because one your responsible if the tires are bad and you have to put the spare on yourself and there's no maintenance or no companies that can come out and fix the tractor if there's a problem it's on you if I had known this I'd never would have used their service although the person is running this service and the tool department were very kind very polite and I give them five stars it's the company policy that's the That's unprofessional and lack of responsibility the part that bug me the most is the really nice young ladies that help me pretty much had their hands tied because the big boss decided to screw me for a day I give Home Depot a zero but their employees I give them five stars”
