“We came to this Home Depot looking for a fridge. While we were there an employee named Zach approached us asking if we needed any help. We asked him a few questions and with so much patience he helped us find a fridge. Once we found the one we wanted, he even took his time to look through the specs and give us information on the fridge and warranty information. He went to grab a machine to take it down from the top and brought it to the front of the store for us. After helping us figure out how to get the warranty added by calling his manager, he and the manager and a couple of other employees helped load it in our truck. We later found out he was the supervisor. I have nothing but great things to say about Zach and his willingness to help a customer. 5 stars to his great customer service!”
“Rob is legit!! I called him with a problem about my gas stove and he was able to guide me over the phone on how to solve the issue and within 5 min my stove was working perfectly again. “I called looking for a specific part and Steve was incredibly helpful from the start. He took the time to look up the part and let me know he could have it available the very next day. After trying to figure out the repair myself, I realized it was more than I wanted to tackle. Steve quickly arranged for one of their technicians to come out and help.

He explained the differences of the brands and their line of products, answered all our questions. He gave us spec sheets and total cost for the two different brands we were considering. We took the info home made a decision went in and were done in 15 minutes. We bought at Home Depot because of the terrific job Jonathan did.”
