“IT IS A TRUE BLESSINGS TO FINALLY GET MY VEHICLE REPAIRED CORRECTLY... After the BAD Experience my Grandchildren and I had on August 11, 2023 with a 18 wheeler; my vehicle started at the location in El Paso Texas, which didn't do as they claimed... my vehicle got over heated within that hour I picked it up. My Grandchildren and I got stuck in a town where people of my color weren't welcome due to the lack of ability to repair my 2017 Chevy Suburban. It was scary embarrassing and we were hungry. If it wasn't for the immediate help of AAA Investigation we may have lost out life. The location in San Antonio Texas did was what requested of them and ONLY that. The Humble TX location did a complete evaluation of the notes from AAA, the timing of situations and listened carefully to me the owner of the vehicle. Everyone worked together and got down to the bottom of the matter and completely seen what the issue was AND FIXED IT! I totally TRUST the Humble TX location. Although I had to pay the additional $900.00 out of pocket (AAA fault) My vehicle is running and everything is fixed...SO FAR SO GOOD...Thank you??”

“Tyler here at Gator Collision really helped me and fought for me getting my Tesla repairs done. Insurance refused to pay the full balance but he constantly went back and forth with them on my behalf getting the balance lower and lower. Eventually I had to pay the remaining balance but Tyler got me in contact with a lawyer that will help fight State Farm Insurance in this matter.The repairs were quick and very professionally done and I’m glad they followed all protocols per Tesla. They’re the people to work on my car that was not a Tesla dealership.Great service and highly recommend, just make sure with your insurance will cover the full balance! Get written proof from insurance that they will cover all repairs cost.”

“Came here to get my jeep lift retorked and they were able to get it taken care of quickly. I also had an issue with a squeak that I didn’t even mention. I told him the original installer had been giving me the run around and never repaired it. He was able to fix the squeak with no issue. Thank goodness no more squeak. “Well staffed. Which is good. This was actually the first time entering an autparts store and the counters were all manned +1. Just stopped in to swap out a 5 year old battery for a 4 year old battery.? They helped me out real quick and all. Just they didn't offer me any discount on the obviously old battery, so that wasn't handled the best. I wasn't in the mood to haggle. At least it was charged. Pretty sure my original battery still had some kick. Just needed a bit of maintenance.”
