This O'Reillys is no different than the others. I've been satisfied every time I've gone there. I don't care for their corporate website but the local people can't do anything about that. Anyway, go visit them bring your van if you don't know your vehicle details and they will fix you up.”

People should use their free services more, like diagnostics and battery checking and charging, starter testing, free loaner tools and, best, the expertise of the staff.They even had to show me where the battery was in my used AMG...A guy there owns one and helped.”

“Came here to get my jeep lift retorked and they were able to get it taken care of quickly. I also had an issue with a squeak that I didn’t even mention. I told him the original installer had been giving me the run around and never repaired it. He was able to fix the squeak with no issue. Thank goodness no more squeak. I give them 5 stars for going above and beyond to have a happy customer.”

I was devastated when I was told that the top couldn't be repaired and that it was going to cost me a grip to get the entire top replaced. But Don & Travis at Young's One Stop were absolutely awesome . . . The work was done in a timely manner and a very decent rate . . . Customer service at its finest. They even stored my vehicle for nearly a week after the repairs were done because I was out of state and didn't even charge me for the storage . . . I am extremely pleased with the work that was done to my Mustang :-)”

“Tommy is an AMAZING manager! He never hesitates to go the extra mile for pep boy customers. I've been using pep boys for a few years. Back in October 2023, all I wanted to do is pick tires up. This was because my previous visit of buying a whole set of tires, there was some issues that made me not want to return as a customers, however, pep boys carry the tires I love. Tommy did anything and everything, with in his means, to make sure I left as a satisfied customer. For that reason, I'm a continued customer!Today, February 27, 2024, I came in for an appointment to replace one of my newer purchased tires that had a nail in the side wall. He was neck deep in customers, was training, and yet he still managed to take FANTASTIC care of his customers. Thank you so much Tommy.Also, Ethan tried his best to get me in Monday morning for my tire to be repaired. He asked tire size, since i could not remember, he asked if he could call me back shortly due to many customers. So he callled me back, to inform me he looked up my account and they had the tire in stock. He had no availability for appointments and were super slammed with walk-ins. He would be more than glad to have me come in but there would be a significant wait. So we made an appointment for the following day. Great customer service!”

Their employees did a great job on both ends, helping me to get replacement warrantied parts in a very fast time, and protecting their store against false warranty claims, which cause higher prices and creates extra work for employees. I was here for a defective alternator which I purchased at the same location a week ago and they promptly got me a replacement. They stand by their warranties however this particular location checked over every detail to make sure it was a warranty coverage.. Excellent job Oreilys in Atascocita at FM 1960 and staff.”

Insurance refused to pay the full balance but he constantly went back and forth with them on my behalf getting the balance lower and lower. Eventually I had to pay the remaining balance but Tyler got me in contact with a lawyer that will help fight State Farm Insurance in this matter.The repairs were quick and very professionally done and I’m glad they followed all protocols per Tesla.
