They handled my shipment quickly and carefully, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process stress-free.
It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way they do. Their positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a huge difference. These employees are true assets to the UPS Store and absolutely deserves recognition for their hard work and dedication.

They always inform me of the best methods to ship and the estimate of when the packages will arrive at their location has been perfect on every estimated delivery date. I've also shipped via UPS pre-printed packages and have had no issues. I highly recommend this location for all your shipping needs.”

“I've been coming to this UPS store for 10 years and 95% of the time I'm met with a smile and fast service. Some of these reviews show how you can't please everyone. #1 It's not UPS who is changing the standards of Amazon returns; it's the sellers. #2 It's your responsibility to have your package taped up and ready for shipping when you get in line. If you don't, then plan on buying their supplies to do so. #3 At times, it can be slow, but that's because Denton has more people and it's these entitled people leaving bad reviews they are holding up the line to argue about the price of tape, return policies, etc.!!! #4 I definitely agree about the brown-haired woman with the bad attitude but at least she's consistent and I know what to expect when she's working!! lol”
“Outstanding service! Ashley, the store manager, is truly the nicest human being I have met in a long time.
I came in with hundreds of documents to print, and the self-service printer was incredibly difficult to use, requiring me to print them one by one. To make matters worse, the machine ended up crashing on me mid-job. I was feeling so overwhelmed, but Ashley stepped in and completely saved the day.
She took matters into her own hands, personally helped me get everything printed, and made all the copies I needed. I cannot appreciate her enough for her patience, kindness, and incredible work ethic. I wish her nothing but the absolute best — she deserves all the good things in life! If you go to this location, Ashley is the absolute best.”
