“My experience here with James and Kelly were phenomenal. They not only greeted me upon entry which most places no longer do these days but they actually took me early for an appointment instead of making me come back. I appreciate both their professionalism and their smiling faces. If you need any service that they provide here at Parcel Pedia, I recommend you take care of it here!”

“My 7 year old said I needed to leave FedEx a 5 star review. So here I am. But, on a serious note, this location has always been awesome. Ryan, Dennis, D&D (I don't know his name but in my head gave him that nickname cause he plays D&D lol) and the rest of the crew are all friendly and great at their job. And most importantly to me, FedEx has about a 99%.5% success rate with getting my packages delivered on time and undamaged. (I ship a LOT).Keep up the good work guys!”

“I had a frustrating experience at this location on Saturday, January 10th, while trying to mail a package. However, I am writing this review specifically to highlight the store manager, Ms.Bobbi. I emailed her the same day, and she got back to me first thing Monday morning. She truly listened to my concerns and assured me she would address the situation with her team. Ms. Bobbi is an absolute gem—she provides excellent customer service and is such a kind, beautiful soul. To be honest, she is the only reason I continue to use this specific UPS Store. “I wanted to take a moment to recognize Ashley R. at FedEx for providing truly outstanding customer service. She was energetic, positive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping people. Ashley is exactly what I hope for when interacting with someone in customer service. Her attitude was contagious, and she made what could have been an ordinary interaction stand out enough that I felt compelled to write a review. Employees like Ashley make a real difference in how customers view a company. FedEx is fortunate to have someone representing them who brings that kind of positivity and enthusiasm to her job. Thank you, Ashley, for making my day a little brighter. Keep doing what you're doing-it doesn't go unnoticed!”
