“The difference of workers from California to Texas is insane. The workers here were very nice and helpful. Made it a nice experience while shopping with my elderly mom. Definitely better to purchase shoes here at the outlet store than online (most of the time anyway). The prices are decent and you can try them on for fit. Different styles in the same size fit differently. The step in shoes are great, especially for elderly parents and/or anyone with back problems.”

“I had a great experience today, 1/8/26, and I left with two pairs of great shoes. The employees in store were so nice and I felt very welcomed in the store. I asked to see one of the shoes but the employee brought out multiple different shoes to look at in different price ranges and I thought that was truly above and beyond. Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience.
