Allens Boots is a landmark on South Congress and an integral part of Austin. It offers a fantastic and impressive selection of western apparel, including every kind of cowboy and cowgirl boot, hats, and clothing from classic western brands. The boots are beautiful, with a lot of workmanship involved, and while many are not cheap, reasonably priced options and special deals can be found. The staff is friendly, helpful, and provides great service. It is a good place for a special souvenir or to simply enjoy the smell of leather.
Scott was really great in helping my wife and I choose some hats to celebrate our wedding anniversary. What a great young man he was. We really enjoyed the time he spent customizing our hats.
