“My AC broke on a Friday night, and this was one of the only places in Austin that would sell AC capacitors to a retail customer, let alone on a Saturday. The sales guy was very nice and super helpful, they didn't have exactly the capacitor I needed, but he showed me how I could wire separate capacitors for the fan and herm, and it worked out.”

“They have a great selection of refrigerators, which is why I was there. Stephen assisted us, having arrived after a very stressful refrigerator purchase problem from a different company. We were stressed. He took us directly to the refrigerators that met our needs. We found exactly what we needed and learned about a special being offered with it. We found it in stock and scheduled it for delivery. Stephen was fabulous! We were happy and no longer on the edge. We will definitely come back here for appliance needs. (And we'll be looking our Stephen!)”
