This is a true 5-star hotel. We spent a week here so I can truly say that the entire staff is super helpful and friendly. All the restaurants are great. Housekeeping is amazing. Gym is large and well appointed. The Goldie’s hostess in the morning is a gem. I would go back again and again.

Had a lovely get away at the Austin Proper. The style is gorgeous with an eclectic, bohemian vibe. The service was truly impeccable. What a refreshing noticeable departure from the norm! We splurged and ate in the room. It was definitely a pampering event and stay.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Beautiful room, excellent toiletries and everywhere was spotless. The little cocktail bar on the ground floor, and breakfast were also a highlight. On my last night, I came back to find a small gift from the concierge which was very thoughtful and generous too. I’d definitely return.
