Erica and James at the front end helped us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in.
Service manager. Michael carefully explained the issues, that we may have damage underneath the dented bumper.
Final results are outstanding!
Michael even added clearcoat to the top window bars.
Lexi looks great!

The main thing is customer service and customer care which cannot be beat.

“I had a great experience with Safeview Auto Glass, a local hometown business! My inquiry was answered promptly, they had the proper windshield on hand and it was installed within 2 days at my home. My auto insuror steered me to another nationwide windshield company which would have cost over $30 more. My previous experience with that company was not as seamless - I went to the shop for an appointment to find they had ordered the incorrect windshield. Therefore I had to return at a later date. Mike was great to work with, offers a lifetime warranty on the work and the price was reasonable. Very pleased and I recommend them.”
“I very rarely leave reviews but I felt I should in this instance. I was having a bad day when my car got broken into at bull creek (beware it happens there ALL the time) I called them and they immediately answered the phone and told me they could have someone out to me in a few hours which was such a relief. They came to my house in hyde park and the tech was so nice. He also speaks spanish for those of you that need that. They fixed my car up and took payment on the phone within four hours of me calling them. I’m very satisfied with the job they did and the ease of this expert especially after such a stressful day. “Great experience here after hitting a deer while moving to Austin with my Bronco. I worked with Fidel I believe his name was, and he took great care of the truck! Was super communicative which was really appreciated and considering the parts they needed to find, I thought they completed everything very fast!
Also, they went to the trouble of getting the quarter panel re-wrapped with PPF even though this wasn’t stock, which was just awesome and really nice of them to do.
After all of that, they even washed the truck (which was filthy after driving from Portland to Austin) so when I came to pick it up, it seriously looked better than when I left for the roadtrip.
Great experience, highly recommend. I hope I don’t have to come back here, but if anything happens to my truck again, I will be coming here 100%!”

I can’t say enough good things about Austin Body Works.
Our son was on his first trip out of state when he had his very first car accident just a few blocks away from the shop around 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. My husband called Austin Body Works, and the gentleman who answered said they could stay a few extra minutes so our son could come by.
They didn’t just stay a few minutes. The team helped him when the other driver followed him to the shop, and one of their employees spoke Spanish and was able to communicate with the other driver to gather the necessary information.
They checked the car to make sure the fender wouldn’t rub the wheel and confirmed the door shut and latched properly so it would be safe for him to drive home. They also took the time to speak with us on the phone and explain how Texas collision procedures work so we knew what to expect.
Our son is high-functioning autistic, and situations like this can be overwhelming, especially when you’re far from home. Their patience and kindness made a stressful situation much easier.
One of the lighter moments was when our son asked if they could have the car fixed by Monday… just three days away. We all had a good laugh.
They stayed well past closing on a Friday evening to help someone else’s kid after his first accident, and we are incredibly grateful for that.
Thank you to the entire team at Austin Body Works. You didn’t just fix a car problem that day, you helped a young driver safely get back on the road.”
