“Someone shattered one of the rear windows on my truck while I was out of town. I currently live out in Lago Vista, so I searched for businesses that would serve the area, and stumbled upon Safeview Auto Glass. From the get go, it was nice for my call to be answered by a human by the name of Mike. After receiving my quote, which was the lowest price of the competition, I called the next day to book an appointment. Mike promptly showed up at my residence on a Saturday morning, actually earlier than expected, which was great. Mike completed the work, including vacuuming up the shattered glass that still littered the back seat, in under an hour, and the quality was above expectations! I truly appreciate the great work and professionalism that I received and highly recommend if you need auto glass services.”

“While communication at the beginning was a little sketchy, I had booked an appt through my insurance company, but the local office kept pinging me asking me to set an appt which I had already confirmed with their national/regional office was completed. Once I arrived the team was fast, responsive, answered all my questions, walked me through everything they were going to do, and gave me an estimate of a little over 2 weeks to complete the work.
FOUR DAYS later they texted me telling me the work was done and I could pick it up!!
Walking through the pick up and looking at the work done, I had zero notes. Everything looked great, they walked me through everything they did, noted that they had to replace a part they didn't think they were going to have to on the original estimate, but once it was pulled off the vehicle they noticed it was indeed cracked. I couldn't be happier with the work and time it took to complete.
While I hope I never have to use a body shop again, if the need arises, it will absolutely be Caliber Collision on Mays Ave in Round Rock.”

“While having to deal with a totaled car is never a fun exercise, Scott and the team at RR Collision were genuinely the best shop I could have rolled into. In a world that tries to exploit you at every turn, it was extremely refreshing to be met with humanity and understanding during a chaotic and messy time for me. They had every opportunity to charge me up the wazoo or pitch me empty platitudes, but instead they really only ever wanted to do what was best for ME. Crazy! I didn't end up getting any work done (see: totaled car), so I can't speak to the quality of the work, but if they treat the cars like they do their customers, I'm sure it's exceptional and I will definitely be coming back if I ever find myself in this unfortunate situation again!”

“Corey the general manager is the man, he is really consistent he told me to pull up in the morning and when i asked for him he showed up instantly and personally polished the paint paint on a little scratch on my truck. If anyone needs a consistent, respectful, honest person for any type of job done on your vehicle COREY IS THE MAN TO GO TO. and genuinely just a very cool person even on my estimate and everything he was honest and clear and very chill about it.
