Communication is kept clear, great, and impeccable throughout the entire process, with regular updates via email and phone. The entire process from drop-off to pickup and payment is smooth, seamless, and lightning-fast. They work directly with insurance and assist with arranging rental cars, acting in the customer's best interest.
The quality of work is near perfect, excellent, wonderful, and flawless, with remarkable attention to detail that makes cars look like new again. They handle both big repairs and little things exceptionally well. While there can be a wait list, the experience is consistently worth it and highly recommended.
Could not recommend more highly. Stan is excellent at what he does and extremely honest. Best in class service.

Stan was such a ray of sunshine! So friendly and helped me with a 20 min turnaround on my car fender bender as a walk in when Caliber Collision refused to touch my car. Will def be coming back if I need a body shop!

I had the pleasure of stopping by this shop for a quick installation. I needed to install my front license plate, and the customer service at this shop is exceptional.
