A business associate verbally told us he scheduled an appointment for Monday at 9am. We got there and they told us we don’t have an appointment and that the there’s no business associate to help us, since the other guy has an emergency. Two wasted trips.
Do not recommend!!!

I don't know why I won't just learn my lesson. The wait time at this location is ridiculous. 45 minutes is a normal wait time for just about anything.

Only two star for the assistance, She welcomes customers greatfully and she had hard time to apologize me. You(chase, or/and the banker) owe me 30 minutes of my life. My appt was 1pm & came 30min before, at 1pm I have been told either to wait for unknown amt of time or resch...
