Rooms not clean, a/c had to be reset to work, shower drain was clogged and the water lukewarm. Thankfully only had to stay one night

I booked my hotel for the wrong day and Quinn was very helpful in getting me refunded and rebooked! They charge for parking but there is overnight security which makes it worth the cost.
