Customer was great. Angel and April went out of their way to provide great customer service. He even offered to carry my luggage to the room himself when he found out I recently had surgery.

The room had an odd smell, and they left the industrial Ozone deodorizer machine in there, so they were obviously aware. The TV remote didn’t have batteries so the TV didn’t work. Could definitely use some updating. The hot tub was nice, and the meals were good.
