Express provides excellent customer service, with employees who are friendly, helpful, and professional. Staff go above and beyond, assisting customers to find items from the website, helping with rewards, and offering genuine care. The manager is super helpful with a sunny disposition, helping to find the right items and matching online prices. The store offers excellent and appropriate clothing, including Express jeans and high-waisted pants in pastel colors. Currently, 40% of just about everything in store is on sale. While past reviews noted poor service with attitude and impatience, recent visits show much nicer employees, suggesting positive changes. It is a favorite brand for many.
