Fitness Connection is a large, well-equipped gym with over 40 locations. It is described as solid, great, and the best, offering plenty of top-notch amenities including rows of cardio and strength equipment, studio spaces, basketball courts, and a clean, interactive Kids Club. Staff and customer service are consistently noted as friendly, helpful, and awesome. The gym provides good value for the price and is considered family-friendly. Some criticisms include members not wiping down machines or re-racking weights, inconsistent sauna operation, limited hours, and members filming workouts, which some find obnoxious and invasive. Despite these issues, many members enjoy and recommend it.
