Free People has a vibe that customers love. The store has a nice location across the street from Whole Foods with plenty of parking. Employees remember shopper and are willing to help people choose an outfit that gives a good chat and hospitality. The staff can be standoffish but still try to assist. The store had a sale rack and a returns rack, though they are no longer there, direct more sales to the app or website. Customers can try on merchandise in person since sizing is all over the place.
I had the best experience at FP on N. Lamar! Paige helped me get a room for all the clothes I wanted to try and tried her best to find me a sizes, even if it’s a different color! She’s the best!

Found myself browsing Free People and really liked the overall style. The pieces feel unique and effortless, and it's easy to put together a nice outfit. Everything is displayed in a way that makes shipping enjoyable. The quality also feels good for what you're getting. Definitely a store I like coming back to.

This location never disappoints. I’ve been to multiple Free Peoples in my time and this one by far is my favorite! Anytime I stop by this location it feels like i’m out shopping with an old friend. At 75 years young, these girls somehow make me feel like I’m back in my 20s every time I walk in. Thanks girls!
