H-E-B plus! is a huge store with a great location, known for its great prices, brands, quality, and selection. It is more than just groceries, outfitting families for Texas lifestyles with items from Texas Backyard, toys, housewares, grilling and outdoor gear, party supplies, and apparel. Established in 1905, it partners with local farmers and suppliers for fresh produce and quality meat. Customers report a very good experience shopping there, with a great atmosphere and professional, informative, super friendly, helpful, and dedicated staff. Many go out of their way to this location because it is easy to shop, whether using curbside pickup or going inside, and it often has items other stores are out of. While most interactions are positive, there have been occasional incidents where a customer felt profiled or encountered a rude officer, but management has handled these situations professionally, making customers feel like valued guests.
Just wanna give this rating for the curbside pick up. Every time I go they are so friendly and on top of things. They make the whole thing really seamless.

I went to this location on a weekday afternoon before 3 PM. It was active, but not crowded. I was able to easily checkout. It's a different story if you go here on a weekend. Not uncommon for most stores though, but just sharing for those who like to avoid crowds. Also, the grocery pickup usually does a nice job.
