H-E-B is a grocery store located in Austin. It offers great prices, brands, quality, and selection, striving to provide the best customer experience. The store has a decent selection of food, including an expansive kosher section, Mexican pastries, and store-branded items. It is noted for being clean, with excellent staff. The store provides convenient curbside pickup and grocery delivery. However, some find it always crowded and note it lacks some items, which can be out of stock. It has no drive-thru pharmacy or service desk. The self-checkout moves quickly. While some feel it is a great store, others express disappointment, needing to drive further for certain products.
This is easily the worst HEB I’ve ever been to. They don’t have things that almost every other store does and if they do it’s not in stock. This is the only grocery store in the area so it sucks I have to drive 10+ minutes to get anything.

Always Crowded, decent selection of food. Feels like they have more store branded items than name brand. Prices are ok and the quality is represented by the price. Sometimes you can find deals.

Been a long time buyer of HEB Meal Simple products but recently stopped microwaving the food inside of the black plastic containers they come in. I've learned that this could be potentially dangerous. I'd like alternatives to be explored if possible.
