Hours: The Lake Austin H-E-B is a beautiful, multi-level store and one of the newer locations in the Austin area. The store itself is about the same as any H-E-B Plus, except it is on the second floor. The first floor and below feature ample underground parking. An escalator brings shopping carts up and down with you. The main store on the third floor is welcoming, very organized, well stocked, and clean. The location includes many restaurants and features like True Texas BBQ with dine-in seating, a cafe, South Flo Pizza, Sushiya sushi, a drive-thru pharmacy, and a coffee shop with a lot of seating. The store offers curbside pickup, grocery delivery, and Blooms by H-E-B. Employees are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. The store also occasionally offers free health checks. A noted suggestion is that access to outlets near the first-floor tables would be appreciated. Overall, it is a fabulous store that provides a fantastic customer experience.
