Another favorite clothing store. Love some of their pants, and tees. Will of course be coming back.

I had my birthday certificate for $10 off a purchase. I found a pair of jeans which had been marked down to $14...I was unable to purchase them. I was told it would only work with a item not marked down or on sale.
