“It's a massive store with a lot of options, but it can definitely feel a little overpriced at times. It's best to make good use of the sales when they come around. Though bear in mind that there are some clothes made of low-quality polyester that can be bought for cheaper on places like Amazon and are absolutely not worth the price tag; I would advise being very discerning with your purchases. There are diamonds in the rough, and rough amongst the diamonds.”

“People are so quick to blame the staff for the messy store but it’s the lazy customers. I’ve seen entitled customers walk in there grab a handful of clothing and throw somewhere. Yes, it’s the employees job to keep the store clean but it’s not their job to pick up after lazy people. Trust me, they don’t get paid enough.”

I came in looking for specific sizes, and he went above and beyond—even going all the way up to their storage area to find exactly what I needed, and he did it fast! He was so accommodating and really made sure my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The store itself was spotless—seriously the cleanest store I’ve been in. No clutter anywhere, and once I finished trying things on, Aaron was already neatly putting away the items I didn’t want. The space had a calm, peaceful vibe—not too crowded—and they had a beautiful selection of clothes, most of which were on sale. I was actually having a bit of a personal crisis when I walked in, and Aaron’s patience and kindness genuinely turned my day around.
