So far I called talked to an agent and got my matter heard and addressed . To the next step waiting to hear from a representative and order my supplies . Very pleased with their service hope the product is the same.

Their pull ups are made from great quality and arrive each month on time for my daughter. They always send a few extra for me to send to school as well which is very helpful.

first lady wonderful helped me get my needs met.second lady tried to tell me i had not ordered anything since 2018. so i really thought my item would not be here. but surprise they did.to be fair its the shipping i have had problems with not them
