About Malverde
Malverde is the indoor & outdoor private event space at La Condesa. Perched above 2nd Street, Malverde offers skyline views of downtown Austin and looks directly into Austin City Limits. Malverde features craft cocktails, an artisanal beer and wine selection and is catered exclusively by La Condesa.
We were the only ones in the restaurant for the first 10 minutes or so. The service was good, but slow. It took a lot longer than I would think given how empty the restaurant was. The food was wonderful and it was a nice atmosphere. We will go back.

Had a wonderful brunch here. Great service. Amazing, fresh locally sourced ingredients. Short walk from the JW Mariott. It's not your typical Tex Mex.

Food was great but the service is really lacking. Round of drinks took over 20 minutes, I had to walk over to the bar to remind them that they needed to work on our round of drinks.
