We arrived at the hotel today, and JJ helped us with our luggage. He was friendly, polite, and kept the conversation going from the ground floor all the way to our room. Even though I was tired from the drive, he had me laughing the entire way. His excellent service made our arrival so pleasant. Thank you, JJ!
